If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, we ask that you purchase the desired size and return the unwanted item for a refund as all Returns received are Refund only.

NOTICE: If you use a Pre-Paid mailing label for your return a $9.99 fee will be applied to your refund.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: All Fourever Funky Holiday Gift purchases placed AFTER November 19, 2018 will be eligible for our Extended Holiday Return policy for EXCHANGE ONLY until January 11th, 2019. This exception is subject to the terms of our standard return policy.

For your Return, all we request is:
  • The returned item be unworn, in the original state you received it, with the original packing, including any filler. Shoe boxes must be intact. If an item is returned without the filler and original shoe box a restock 30% restock fee will apply.
  • Must be received within 30 days of purchase dateIf the product is returned AFTER 30 days, unfortunately we will have to charge a 50% restock fee. 
  • Please use an outer protective box to enclose the merchandise. We ask that you do not put tape or return shipping labels on the outside of shoe boxes as we would like to keep the original box intact. If an item is returned under these conditions a restock 30% restock fee will apply.
  • Buyers are responsible for the return shipment of returned footwear. You can use your preferred shipping provider (UPS**, USPS, Fed-Ex, etc). We recommend shipping via USPS as it has been known to be lower in cost. Always have return tracking available to ensure your return has been received.
Just a few Restrictions:
  •  Any order returned for a refund that received FREE SHIPPING is subject to a 20% restocking fee.  (including Walmart.com & JET.com orders)
  • Returns received must be within 30 day return policy, they are refunded the price of the item returned. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
  • All GROUPON.com orders are FINAL SALE as stated on the listing.
  • If the product is worn or used (any signs of wear) your return will NOT be processed. The return will be refused and sent back to its sender.
  • ALL INTERNATIONAL Orders are refund only, no exchanges.
  • All orders placed through www.4everfunky.com are subject to a 5% Restock Fee.
  • ALL Make-up (opened), lingerie, corsets, swimsuits, stockings, tights and costumes are FINAL SALE for hygienic reasons. NO Return or Exchanges will be accepted for these items. If received, we will refuse the package and return to sender. (A 30% restock fee will apply if we decide to accept the return.) If make-up is still packaged in original packing material, 
  • If the package is refused or sent back to us as undeliverable, a refund will be given minus the original shipping cost and a 30% restocking fee to cover the return shipping back to us. If you received Free Shipping and the package is refused, a 20% restock fee will also apply. (50% total)!
  • Refunds are given in original form of payment. Returns are processed within ten (10) business days after receipt of package. Please contact us if it has been longer than that so we can look into your return.
NOTE: Please be sure to be present at the time of delivery. If shipping address is an apartment or near areas with visible traffic, we ask that all delivery instructions for driver are specified at check-out. If you are not present at time of delivery, the package will be left at door step. FOUREVER FUNKY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES ONCE TRACKING SHOWS 'DELIVERED'

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us FIRST and we will gladly assist you.
*If the product is defective, Fourever Funky Customer Service must be notified WITHIN THE FIRST 2 to 3 BUSINESS DAYS of receipt/delivery. Timely receipt of this information is necessary for Fourever Funky to file a damage claim with the vendor and to assist with a prompt refund/exchange. (photos may be required upon request)*
